For BMC Christmas Party....we had

Lasagna Roll-ups ( filled with Spinach, cream cheese)

Parmesan Garlic Bread Sticks, Gourmet Salad, Garlic Wax Green Beans...

Lots of desserts, as you can tell from the table: Apple Pie, Berry Pie, Pumpkin Pie, Lemon Meringue Pie, Pecan Pie, Cookies...

Followed by Hot Chocolate, Coffee Service, Sparkling Cider..

Instead of the annual N.S lunch, we decided to give out a nicer gift bag to employees.  

 These bags contain lots of goodies from Trader Joes: Butternut squash soup, Pasta, Marinara sauce, Crackers, bag of tangerines, Pomegranate sparkling cider, chocolates, and a $15 gift card to Stater Brothers.

 Tray line to prepare hundred of bags. It took us probably 2 hours to get it all done!
