Downy-cherry: Downy-cherry: cherry's kitchen: Mini Tarts W/ vegan ...


My first attempt at making this filling- recipe and we thought it turned out good. :)
Ingredients: 8 oz vegan cream cheese, 1 Tbsp raspberry preserves, 1 8oz packet chocolate pudding, soy milk

Direction: Mix the cream cheese and preserves together. In a separate bowl, mix 1 cup of milk and chocolate pudding until it becomes very thick. Mix the pudding and cream cheese mixture together. Place the mix in a piping bag with a star nozzle and pipe it onto the mini tart. Top with berries :)

Hotpot for dinner... Perfect for a cold and chilly day :)
